Farm3 was at SITEM, the international trade fair for museums, cultural venues and tourism.
A strange place for our startup specializing in plant technology! And yet we were there as partners of CMN to talk about our project with Château Ferney Voltaire.
The project involves growing plants in our growing rooms, selected by the château to fit in with its landscape. We have chosen 2 trees and 3 perfume plants typical of the 18th century. Our plants will also be prepared for water stress, to ensure water savings for the château.
The plants will then be replanted in the gardens of the château during the "RDV aux jardins" in June and the Heritage Days in September. The program will also include events focusing on plant experimentation and popularization.
During the show, we took part in a workshop organized by the Heritage Incubator, on the fifth promotion and its commitment to the energy transition of national monuments.
