SIVAL (Salon international des techniques de productions végétales) is the leading French trade fair for fruits and vegetables.
It was held in Angers at the Parc des Expositions from 16 to 18 January 2024.
A round table organised by La Ferme Digitale was held on the first day, with the theme of innovation for the agro-ecological transition.
